Danna Faulds, is the author of five popular books of poetry, is putting the finishing touches on a memoir about her experiences with the Kripalu ashram, yoga, and writing, titled Into the Heart of Yoga, to be released in the fall of 2011. Danna is delighted to share a selection of her published poems along with several new, unpublished works. She also includes stories of how the poems came into being and what they meant to her at the time they were written.
